Have you wondered...
Why Job Search Changed Dramatically
Why Embracing Change Is Critical
Why Old Ways Do Die
Why Job Boards are Broken
Why Networking Is King
HOW and why People Are Landing
How Can YOU Do It Too
There are over 23 million people who are either unemployed, under-employed, working multiple jobs or who just quit looking. Yet the theme heard is “There are no jobs. No one is getting hired.”
When you can’t win by the rules find a way to change the rules because there are jobs and people are getting hired but using a different method. How we got jobs in 1985 was far easier than in 1990. By 1995 it changed again and again in 2000. Today is different than 2007.
Jobs are tight; you and I can’t change that. Employers are being more selective; you and I can’t change that. There are new ways to get hired; we can embrace what works.
Join us Saturday September 8, 2012 from 9:00 AM to Noon at Hope Church to walk through and understand not only what HAS happened but what CAN happen for you. If you are tired of submitting resume after resume without any results come and discover why that is happening. Understand how YOU can break from the old ways and become a player in the new ways where employers are finding employees. The next hiring season begins in the next few months potentially making this November a turning point.
Don’t be left out because the "old way" that is easy to do is not getting you results.
Learn how the rules changed and how to leverage those rules for results!
