The CT Groups is one of Memphis' best-kept secrets for the value brought to

the many unemployed, under-employer, those seeking to reenter the workforce, those returning from military duty or those worried about the future or stability of their jobs.

We believe many who come to us are not professionals or executives with degrees but are those who work in offices or roles
where a Resume is required, who need a factual competitive
Resume, to understand the Interview process and, most importantly, how to conduct an effective job search despite a continuing weak employment market. This helps retain talent and build opportunities for others by helping the many talented people to be identified by current and prospective new Memphis employers.
