The official e-mail address for The CT Groups is Questions@TheCTGroups.org  No committment can be made regarding the time between submission and response due to The CT Groups being an all volunteer organization with finite volunteer availability.  This e-mail account is handled by different providers and equipment owners who, at any time, may experience technical difficulties causing a delay or failure to deliver such e-mail(s).

The CT Groups permits third parties (such as employers, recruiters, government agencies and others), to post positions indirectly or directly.  Information about the membership is not provided to these third parties and e-mail from The CT Groups is blocked to the third parties.  The CT Groups will only post positions which we believe are from legitimate organizations.  Members are encouraged to notify The CT Groups of any company, recruiter or other parties that conduct their operations in a questionable or inappropriate manner and, as appropriate, to the appropriate authorities.  Third parties providing information are solely responsible for the accuracy and content of their material.

The CT Groups provides technical information as a public service and may not fit all product variations, releases or patch levels of hardware, firmware, microcode or other components of a device or system.  Different operating systems may create a different and not necessarily a desirable result.  Such matters are beyond the reasonable control of The CT Groups.  The CT Groups cannot provide custom answers due to our all volunteer operation and many special conditions or changes other software may impose on the process and/or the condition of the hardware and the operational status and health of such hardware.
