Originally created with Sales & Marketing professionals in mind the group encourages all other professionals who are in career transition to attend within the Memphis and Germantown areas.
6:30 PM on the 2 nd and 4 th Mondays each month. Prior to traveling, check for any schedule changes.

Use the parking space behind the Church (southern side) near the driveway canopy.
Enter at the back of the building using the southeastern door under the driveway canopy. Enter through the double glass doors down the hallway to Room 220 on the left side of the hallway. Coffee is available before you enter the room.
Operating since 2008 this group is frequented by the Sales & Marketing professionals but is attended by a strong cross section of professionals. Everyine in transition is now in sales, which provides incremental value to attendees and from their positive eneregy meetings. In addition to offering traditional topics and support, group differentiators include:
- holding evening meetings to support those unemployed or under-employed
- offering support for the special needs and opportunities of the under-employed
- the moderators both having sales experience, one has recruitment experience
- active promotion on building and using a personal "Brag Book"
At the meeting a brief prayer before and after the meeting is offered; coffee is served. Attendee introductions use the 30 Second Elevator Speech and any needs are discussed. Presentations by the moderators, other members, and external resources are part of the regular program to support transitioners in all lines of work.
Membership requests may only be made in person to the Moderator(s) during our meetings.

You will be asked for your name, e-mail address, telephone contact number(s) and the type of work you are seeking. This information will be used for our internal use and to provide you membership into our online resources including e-mail distribution. Having a Yahoo! ID (a Yahoo!, Y! Mail, or Rocketmail e-mail account) is beneficial to have PRIOR to joining any group as you will then be able to leverage the resourced stored at the web site created for each of the groups you join. Members agree to the terms of the Acceptable Use & Membership Agreement Policy that governs all members of The CT Groups to insure a positive environment promoting getting people back to work. A copy is e-mailed to every new member upon entry into our network.
When joining this group you will also receive membership in TheCTGroups-MEM, Memphis-CT and Help-CT which support our e-mail distribution for updated Rosters, Job Sharing, and Requests for Help as needed for your career transition needs. All members are governed by our written Acceptable Use & Membership Agreement Policy. Each group utilizes a private e-mail distribution system to support communications between members.
