The goal is to help people be better employees at ALL
  levels of the organizational
. Yet not everyone is open to
change especially those who enjoy the status quo.

Constructive changes are worthy of real consideration.

9 Bad Manager Mistakes That Make Good People Quit  |  Linkedin, Dr. Travis Bradford       01/30/2017
It’s pretty incredible how often you hear managers complaining about their best employees
leaving, and they really do have something to complain about—few things are as costly and
disruptive as good people walking out the door.
Managers tend to blame their turnover
     problems on everything under the
sun, while ignoring the crux of the matter: people don’t
     leave jobs; they leave managers.

It is discouraging to hear people around you at work saying awful things to one another,
but it is much worse when your manager is the person saying terrible things!
However,
there is a silver lining when your boss shows him- or herself to be a bad manager

Over the years, I've interviewed hundreds of CEOs and top executives to discover the core

You learned a powerful lesson: just because someone has a high-level job doesn't mean
they are smart. It doesn't mean they are a good leader or a leader at all. It doesn't mean
they have good instincts or good judgment.
After working for Laura for twenty months,

You'll interview future bosses more carefully
now because of the lesson Laura taught you. At least we can thank her for that!

Got A Micromanager Boss? Take These Four Steps Now  |  Glassdoor, Isabel Thottam
I once had a boss who, though he appeared to be laid back and less intrusive, would often
showcase his true micromanaging self when I would turn in copy or blog posts. I would
spend hours working on something I was really proud of, only to be given back a heavily
edited document that essentially turned the project into his. Even though I was given the
title of manager, I felt I truly didn’t oversee the department because he was constantly
changing our copy or moving dates around on our content calendar.
