As Priminister Winston Churchill said during
World War II and Brittan was under a savage attack: "
Never, never, never give in!"
Everyone is faced with horrible situations, roadblocks that seem impossible to
           overcome.

Accept that not everything is inevitable, that walls can come down and solutions
           identified.

Career Transition becomes nearly everyone. Solutions are elusive as we often seek
the easy road, the obvious path to achieve what we need with minimal effort in
minimal time. We are an "instant on" society while roadblocks and other
impediments to our success don't care.

US General George Patton many opinions and beliefs, some listed below:
            -  Success is how high you bounce when you hit bottom.

            -  Do your damnedest in an ostentatious manner all the time.

            -  Wars may be fought with weapons, but they are won by men.

            -  Moral courage is the most valuable and usually the most absent
                characteristic in men
.

            -  You’re never beaten until you admit it.

            -  A leader is a man who can adapt principles to circumstances.

            -  You must do your damndest and win.

Many admired General George Patton, many more hated him. Perhaps the person
who hated him the most was Field Marshall Erwin Rommell ("The Desert Fox") who
had this German Army devastated and driven back by General Patton to the
surprise of the Allied and German forces.

"You're in it to win it" is the strategy, determination, focus, and mindset that
achieves victory.  Believing in yourself and your ability is often the largest battle.

Former Navy Seal, as a Child,
     Told He'd Never Walk Again  [Video 3:50, Text]|  FoxNews.com, Fox & Friends                                           07/22/2017
A former Navy SEAL who as a child was told he would never walk again because of a
degenerative hip disease said he rejected the victim mentality when he went on to
     serve his country.
"I developed a chip on my shoulder and I developed a victim's mentality," Patrick Bisher
     told "Fox & Friends."
When he joined the Seal teams though, "that changed my thought process."
"I became a warrior instead of a victim to my circumstances," Bisher remembered. "I
was able to serve others and serve this nation in the best way that I could."
Later the soldier endured a parachute accident and required a hip replacement. Still
he persevered, overcame his injury, and was later deployed to Iraq.
