Ultra-Productive

Peanuts cartoonist Charles Schulz once commented about getting old:
"Just remember, once you are over the hill you begin to pick up speed."
Several years ago I had the good fortune to hear a fascinating talk at the offices
of Inc. Magazine in NYC. The speaker on this occasion was the redoubtable Norm
Brodsky, CEO of CitiStorage, restaurateur, investor, and business guru. Brodsky
is a lovely guy--compelling, plain-spoken, generous. Perhaps a little intimidating.
(He is tall and loud.) Asked about his greatest entrepreneurial gifts, he listed only
one: "I can see the future." And he proceeded to share a number of astute analyses
of the future for small business, all of which warranted notice and have proved out.
