    The attendance policy you describe is ridiculous and possibly unlawful. I don't care how
    good the employee benefits are — any company that gets so uptight about attendance is
    not a company that deserves you as an employee!
I also don't buy the notion that this company can fill every one of its job openings by
    hiring everybody into entry-level roles. It sounds like just another way to underpay
    employees for their experience.
    Forget those people and keep your job search going!
